ICMERD-International Journal of Dental Science (ICMERD-IJDS) welcomes online submissions of original research articles, review papers, case reports, clinical studies, and short communications in the field of dental sciences. Authors are required to follow the submission guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth review and publication process.

How to Submit

  1. Prepare Your Manuscript:

    • Ensure your manuscript complies with the journal's Author Guidelines.
    • Include all required sections (title page, abstract, introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusion, references).
    • Figures and tables should be properly labeled and submitted in high resolution.

  2. Create an Account:

    • Visit the ICMERD-IJDS Submission Portal.
    • Register or log in using your email address and create a unique password.

  3. Submit Your Manuscript:

    • After logging in, select "New Submission."
    • Complete all required fields, including author information and manuscript details.
    • Upload the manuscript file and any supporting documents (e.g., figures, tables, supplementary data).

  4. Cover Letter (Optional):

    • You may include a brief cover letter highlighting the significance of your research and its relevance to the journal’s scope.

  5. Confirm and Submit:

    • Review the submission details carefully.
    • Click "Submit" to complete the process.
    • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.

Submission Checklist

Before submitting, ensure that:
✔ The manuscript is prepared according to the journal's formatting guidelines.
✔ The title page includes the full names, affiliations, and contact details of all authors.
✔ Ethical approval and informed consent are included (if applicable).
✔ All figures and tables are in the correct format and resolution.
✔ References are formatted according to the Vancouver style.

Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure unbiased evaluation.
  • The initial review decision will be communicated within 3–4 weeks.
  • Accepted manuscripts will proceed to the production phase and be published within 4–6 weeks after acceptance.

Copyright and Open Access

  • All published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), allowing authors to retain copyright while granting the journal the right to publish and distribute the work.
