The development of multifunctional smart nanocarriers has revolutionized the field of targeted drug delivery, particularly for anticancer agents. These nanocarriers are designed to respond to specific stimuli, such as pH, temperature, or enzymatic activity, enabling site-specific delivery and minimizing off-target effects. This research focuses on the optimization of nanocarrier systems to enhance their therapeutic efficacy, biocompatibility, and stability. By integrating advanced materials and surface functionalization techniques, we demonstrate the potential of these nanocarriers to improve drug release kinetics and tumor targeting. Experimental data and computational modeling were employed to validate the performance of the optimized systems. The findings highlight the promise of smart nanocarriers in overcoming the limitations of conventional chemotherapy and improving patient outcomes.
