Abstract

Healthcare access and health disparities remain key global challenges despite advancements in medical technology and healthcare delivery systems. Access to healthcare varies significantly across regions and income levels, contributing to unequal health outcomes and widening gaps in healthcare quality. This paper evaluates the structural dynamics of global healthcare systems, focusing on healthcare access and health disparities. Through a literature review and data analysis, the study identifies the primary factors contributing to unequal access and examines the role of socioeconomic status in shaping health outcomes. Findings suggest that high-income regions have greater access to healthcare, while low-income regions continue to face structural barriers to equitable healthcare delivery.
